Kochi is a smartcity.That might be the reason why we the Kochities dont buy no value for money merchendize.The rule applies to everything even the movies.Even the superstar starrer movies falis in the boxoffice of Kochi if proper homework is not done.Director Sathyan anthikkad knows this best and does proper homework on every movie that has his signature to it.His latest movie Kadha Thudarum is no exception.The Jayaram starrer movie has real life characters with with real life problems.Watch the movie if you haven’t seen a good malayalam movie for some time .Thumbs up form Kochigallan

Kochigallan rates Kites an average.A good mass entertainer(masala) movie which raises many questions in a logical mind.But Kites is the maximum,a masala movie can get.So Kites is comparable to Hollywood standards .The 120 Rs.(each) that team Kochigallan spent for 11.30show at Cinemax Cochin was worth it.There is a 7.30am show at Cinemax,where you get free coffee and biscuits .

P.S:The movie depends on ones taste.Some has even rated it bore(see Twitter talk).Don’t blame  kochigallan if you didn’t like the movie

Kites will hit screens today.Directed by Anurag Basu, and produced by Rakesh Roshan  stars Hrithik Roshan, Barbara Mori, Kangana Ranaut, and Kabir Bedi(as if you didnt know that).The film is releasing at 2300 screens worldwide,of which Kochi counts for a few .Dont know about all the youth,but majority(team kochigallan included ) will be at  Theatres tomorrow.Hope to catch all Gallans at thetres .

Lalettan’s latest movie Alexander the great fails to impress Kochi.The movie has got just style but no substance.Even the Kaminey-dhan te naan inspired,super stylish club songs didnt find takers.The movie is now running(not in packed houses) at Saritha theatre,ph:2374334

Pokkiri Raja is a masala movie(punch dialogues,stunts etc) where logic takes the backseat.Watch it if you are into such movies(you would love it).Else avoid it.

Confusion is the tagline of the movie mixed with bikinis and muscles.The movie is about comedy in between chaos.Sadly this Gallan is not a fan of chaos and has bad headaches after watching such movies.So watch it if you find fun in confusion.

Housefull running at Sridhar and Cinemax

Kochi  right now is dancing to the tunes of Raavan .So for all the gallans out there who still haven’t listened to Raavan,this is the message:”stop reading this and go hear it out .The storyline of the movie seems diffrent(ramayana with new twists and turns).

Team Kochigallan will check out the movie as soon as it hits the screen because Mani Ratnam combined with Abhishek,Ash and A.R will cant go that bad.

Yippie PVR is coming to town.Pretty soon Kochi will choose her Cinema at the Screen of her choice.Like the image above,lots of movies to choose from (This is what we at kochigallan imagined and wants).

“PVR, a major retail entertainment company announced yesterday that they are launching a multiplex in Kochi along with Surat and Pune in the coming one year.From the information Kochivibe has received, PVR Cinemas will be launching in Lulu Mall. Kochivibe has also information that Essel group owned Fun Cinemas has procured space in Gold Souk. Soon Kochi will have a presence of 3 out of the 4 major multiplex chains in India. The only other company not to have made a move (or not made the move public yet) is Reliance owned Big Cinemas (formerly known as Adlabs).”:-kochivibe.com
