Situated in Mangalavanam(an area of mangroves behind high court building),the station was build during the British rule.Many great personalities like Mahatma Gandhi Kochi from The old Majestic Railway station .

We decided to check out the old railway station and was sad to find that the station in total ruins.Mosquitoes (not kochigallan the mosqutio..unfriendly,blood sucking ones)
