“I recently visited a theme park called as Veega Land .The Veega Land theme park has lot of water based games and land based games as well. The most amazing spot I saw in Veega Land is the musical fountain which combined laser show too.The sight was a wonderful experience.

When i was doing my B. Tech third year, we went to Veega Land for a day, as a part of 5 days tour. Its located in a place called Pallikara, about 14kms from Kochi in Kerala. Its situated at an altitude of 300m above sea level. Its suitable for all age levels especially for kids and teenagers. it can be reached easily by bus and train, as it is located very nearby Kochi. The entry for that is now 500 Rs. When we went there, it was around 350. As we students went there for tour, we already talked to office persons of Veegaland and got a concession fee of Rs.225. It was superb experience where we met gangs from other colleges and some schools also. the timings for the amusement park is 11.00 am

There are two kinds of sports Dry and Wet.
Dry sports includes giant wheels, cine magic – a virtual toor, car racing, balarama cave – a computer controlled ride to a dark cave(a scary ride, through a dark tunnel with skeletons and ghost models along the sides.), vintage tornado – a fantastic roller coster, and so on.

There is another spot in Veega land where 3D movies will leave everyone thrilled and amazed. Anyone would enjoy riding in two roller coasters among which one was placed inside a building.Altogether, anyone will defintely have a good experience right from morning till night.

Wet sports, as usual in most of the therme parks, like artificial waves, water splashing, wavy and vertically falling water. fabulous of them is the artificial waves
it has good facilites for refreshment also, having seperate shower arrangements for ppl to change, after finishing the wet sports.

It has some nice restaurants also, like spicy garden restaurant, valley view restaurant, wood house restaurant, waves restaurant..

For first half of the day, we guys totally enjoyed most dry sports and by noon we switched to wet sports. Most attractive and superb of the wet sports is the artificial tides. it will be available there at an interval of 1 hr. Some other exciting things there are musical fountain, dancing fountain, we enjoyed to such an extent that, the security guards compelled us to move away from there after the end of scheduled time for the day.

When moving out from there, they presented us a Foot ball. and we signed all of our names in that ball.
It was so fantastic that i cant forget in my life.”:-mithun
