Kasavu Kada

13 January 2011   View Comments

In Malayalam, ‘Kasavu’ means ‘exquisite embroidery work’ ( read malayalai embroidery work) and ‘kada’ means ‘shop’. As the name says, ‘Kasavu Kada’ is the ultimate place for all your ‘Kasavu’ shopping needs. When  a new pair of ‘kasavu’ dresses for my guru was needed, This Gallan dint had to think for a second place.

The ‘Kasavu Kada’ is famous for its quality ‘kasavu’ items. Together with that, they also have one of the best collections in terms of style and trend, for both gents and ladies and even for kids.

For Sale: Churidar, Mundu, Sarees, Set mundu, ‘kutti-mundu’ for kids, bridal wears.

The chain also has presence at Kozhikode, Kottayam, Thalassery (Kannur), Trichur and Trivandrum. As their website says, its infact the ‘wonderland of handlooms’. With the power of having a tradition of more than three generations, there is nothing to wonder. KochiGallan the coolest mosquito of cochin recommends this one.  :)
