Marari Beach is situated about 60kms from Kochi.We at Kochigallan think this is how a beach should be   .The  Beach is situated in between huge Coconut Palm groves.Which makes us pretty much the only living things in motion(clear waves and virgin sand excluded ) .

Do visit Marari shappu.Excellent food especially the kappa and tharavu that we tried was truly awesome.They even have a cabin with a.c.(beware,the rates might shoot up ).There is a granite walkway extending a few metres to see.Do check it,if you are an adrenaline junkie

The beach is safe,but there is no basic facilities.(we loved this factor too..perfectly natural beach ).

For the guys with deep pockets,there are beach resorts.Famous among them is Marari Beach resort.

So guys when you get time.Plan a trip there.Here is the location(ask google if you have any doubt,he knows best

Just drive(from Kochi) through NH47 and look out for S.L.Puram.Take a left from S.L.Puram and drive a few  more k.m.s to reach the beach.
