The Hindu Metro Plus Theatre Fest this time at Kochi too!

TweetShareAfter its successful run in the last 6 years in various South Indian cities, the Hindu Metro Plus Theatre Fest (MPTF) to happen in Kochi as well this year! The event is coordinated by Chennai based ‘Evam Entertainment’ together with a handful of young volunteers from the city itself !
This first edition of MPTF in Kochi would be featuring three renowned plays viz., ‘The Blue Mug’, ‘ One on One’ and ‘Ms. Meena’. There would be a show a day each, starting from 5 August 2011.

Team Sam – Cochin Club Open Scrabble Championship in Kochi

TweetShareThe TEAM SAM COCHIN CLUB OPEN SCRABBLE CHAMPIONSHIP, 2011 will be held at Cochin Club, Church Road, Fort Kochi on Sunday, 17 July 2011. There will be categories for Men, Women and Juniors Under 18 and Under 15 years. Entry fees is Rs.300/- inclusive of Training clinic and lunch and matches will commence from 11 AM.
The tournament is being organised by the Cochin Club in association with Team Sam Academy under the auspices of the Scrabble Association of Kerala. The adjudication dictionary used will be LEXPERT software equivalent to Collins Scrabble dictionary, …
