Before I begin,let me thank all my teammates for giving me this honor to write our story(in truth no one gave me permission to write..theyll know about this post only when its posted buhahahaha).So let me clarify ,this story is only my version of what happend.

the 3 real idiots.
It all started when rafsal,elwin and kittu(me),all close friends decided to start a website for Kochi.We were like a big fan of  Kochi.We loved every thing about our city.The good things like backwaters,chinese nets and badthings tarffic jams (especially ; ) )mosquitos,we loved it all.We wanted to make some contribution to our city.A website where Kochities can meet and share info is what we thought, lacked in our city.There were good sites like kochivibe.com ,cochinsquare.com but we were intrested in eatouts and travel&living.You know like the places in kochi that only few knew but can share it with others who is intrested to know.like this artikle.way to gallan spot.Our ultimate aim would be to do business by starting a cafe Kochigallan where all of us could meet and chill: )(trust me we had no intention of becoming the next Billgates by selling coffee).We decided to build a charecter who is the superkool dude of Kochi.who knew anything and evertything about Kochi.But we couldnt find a name for that guy.It was easy for us to decide that the guy would be a mosquito but name?.There were millions of suggestions…(like sasi; )) .but when rafsal told the name KOCHIGALLAN,we laughed till we dropped.But when we thought about it seriosly,we were kind of convinced that the name is kinda catchy and would be  a smashing name for the site(and it is,people have become fan of the name,This gallan included).Elwin the artiste set into action and wallaaah Mr.Kochigallan the mosquito was born.Now dont call me something else but I ,like every one in the team happens to love this guy; ).

We sure did have more than an idea now.But coding that was a different world alltogether.We had absolutely no idea of how to make a website.It was then that we contacted Binny.This guy is like a big brother for us.And coding is poetry for him.Just visit his website http://binnyva.com/and you will know what I mean.His home is the only place where I had seen a 3 monitor computer(eh…apart from the movie ‘the matrix’).So the team became four of us.

JAYKAY
Jaykay’s entering and levaing the team was as fast as a blinking of eyes.But Kochigallan owes a great deal to that guy.JayKay is this huge talented writer.He tooo had a passion for Kochi and he installed in us a postive vibe.He was basically from Bombay,but born malayali.Talking to that guy created a huge ‘feelgood’ feeling in us.And I am a very huge fan of his words.But  he had to leave us.Because the firm in which he is working thought that Kochigallan is something big(the next bill gates ; ) )and gave him a choice of quiting the firm or quitiing kochigallan.We really miss him in the team.

FRIENDS OF KOCHIGALLAN
The real friends of Kochigallan, who had done more than what we had done for Kochigallan, is reading this article ryte now.Because it is 1 am and I am not at all in the mood to write and describe 52 names,I am writing just this.Kochigallan owes its existence to you..: ).

MR.Kochigallan
As per google analytics(they monitor website traffic for free),MR.Kochigallan gets about 80 visitors a day on an average.Not bad for a 9 month old mosquito huh?.Thanx a billion to the  people who comment and vist him regularly. : )

Well its not even Kochigallans  first birthday but Kochigallan gave this gallan memories and experiences to cherish a whole lifetime : ).I donno what any of my teammates think about Kochigllans future but I have a feeling me along with the people reading this will be sipping a cup of hot coffee at cafe Kochigallan someday: ).wouldn’t that be a perfect climax for this Gallan story?. Now dont expect me to say THE END or and ‘Kochigallan lived happily ever after’ because ‘picture toh abhi baaki hai mere yaar’.J.K.G

But this day from nowhere,it rained.I love rain but not when im back from a four hour journey.Having no choice I took an auto from Edppally to mamnagalam.In the auto this is what caught my attention,the metre.All of us Kochities have to use autos atleast once in a week but has any one botherd to look whether the metres are working or not?.Call it the economic constraints of a college boy or the supersaving of a banker’s son but I do look at the metres when ever I take an auto.This was the figure when the engine started in the metre.

To be frank I had seldom seen it ticking .Even if it did work the numbers it shows has no relation to what the auto guy demands.And I being a chocolate boy(hates violence) ends up giving what the guy demands in the end.Kochi has one thing to be relieved about this the auto metre case, its the same wher evr you travel.Be it Coimbatore ,Chennai or bengaluru.Infact I observed Kochi to be  bit more reasonable in rates as compared to other cities.Coming back to the auto journey,I reached home in about 5 minutes even though the ride was bumpy and  wet.The metre still showed the exact same figures as it did when the journey began.Exact to even decimal figure.The auto driver could have asked for the amount that came to his mind at that moment.But thankfully he just asked 20rs,pretty reasonable.But what if he asked for double that 40rs?.Where would I have complained or should the question  be would i have botherd to lodge a complaint.I would have cursed the rain gods and walked past.If the metre never ticks why waste the space and money on it auto chetans.And why do I feel so helpless about the auto fare.Thankfully this story had a good ending,but what if next one doesnt?whom should I complain to?.Help me Kochi.Help me Kochigallan : (

super kool ryte?.Chetak a relic of the past is making a come back and for good too.It will cost you an average of 50,000rs to buy a new byke and another 10,000rs modifications to make the heads turn(girls these days are so concsious about bykes….damn!!!!!).That will burn your pockets.A total of 60,000.(yes…your dad is going to be very upset)

Clint thought about it too.So he came up with this plan.Introducing an old skotter is not something new,but what sets Clint apart is the colour scheme.Superbly designed in green and white,the skotter has perfect look or classic look.Together with an aviator glass.,this will make the heads turn…(girls� lov this.,they definetly did while I was watching).

For� Clint it took 3000rs to buy the skootter.The skootter came with insurance,rc book,tax and even pollution certificates.He spent another 1000rs to do the paint.The eco buzzz(thats wat Clint calls it) is ready to roll.

Covered more than 800kms ,not a problem till date says Clint.So what are you waitin for?go make your dadday and the gals around happy
