TEAM SAM – RSC All Kerala Scrabble Tournament

TweetShareThe TEAM SAM RSC ALL KERALA SCRABBLE TOURNAMENT, 2011 will be held at RSC Scrabble Academy Hall, Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium on Sunday, 14 August 2011. There will be categories for Men, Women, Under 18 & 15 years Juniors. Entry fees is Rs.250/- and matches will commence from 11 AM.
The tournament is being organised by the Regional Sports Centre in association with Team Sam Academy under the auspices of the Scrabble Association of Kerala. The English dictionary used for adjudication will be LEXPERT, the software equivalent to Collins Scrabble dictionary, 2007.

The title can be a little misleading but Palarivatom is our hot topic. Not that you get a lot of “eye candy” over there but for a totally different reason.
It is common to have roads and places in a city associated with a common theme or a common commodity. Afshar & Franz emerge Bridge Tournie Champions

TweetShareAfshar Majeed and Franz Mundadan won the title and Rs.3,000/-  in the OPEN PAIRS EVENT of the Team Sam-Cochin Club DISTRICT OPEN BRIDGE TOURNAMENT, 2011 held at Cochin Club, Fort Kochi on Sunday, 7 August.
Pairs of P. Sreekumar/Robins Jacob and Dr. A. G. Mathew/P.S. Kurian came in second and third place respectively. Bridge Federation of India Joint Secretary Prof. Robins Jacab spoke on the development of Bridge in Kerala and gave the Team Sam Cochin Club Ever Rolling Trophy to the winners.
